DAMAGE WAIVER

I have requested that Good's Disposal, Inc. deliver a container to the address listed above. I understand that Good's Disposal inc. will take normal precautions while delivering and picking up the container at this site. Customer / Contractor will assume all responsibility for any damage that may result to the driveway, sidewalk, yard or other portions of service address during normal delivery and pick-up of the container, and while the container is located at this property.
